Welcome to Hilltop Hounds, ANKC (Dogswest) Registered breeders of Pedigree Miniature smooth and long haired Dachshunds.

We strive to produce quality health tested, true-to-breed standard, beautifully-natured pets for families.

Our dogs and puppies are raised inside and are part of our family. Our children spend lots of time handling and playing with the puppies, and we expose pups to as much as we can (vacuum cleaner, lawn mower, teenager’s music! etc) to help prepare them for their new families and environment.

Our puppies come with pedigree papers with desexing contracts for pet homes. Puppies may be available on mains to registered breeder homes.

Our pups come to you with their first vaccination, wormed fortnightly, comprehensively health checked and certified, DNA cleared through parentage, and microchipped. We also organise complimentary pet insurance for the first 3 weeks for new owners, as well as provide a puppy pack with your new puppy, inclusive of current food, toys and a blanket with mum and siblings’ scent, to help them settle into their new homes.
